1. No Refunds

Once a license or digital product has been delivered or activated, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of whether the license has been used, activated, or installed.

2. Digital Product Policy

Digital products, once issued, cannot be returned, revoked, or deactivated. Therefore, please ensure that you are purchasing the correct product for your needs before completing the order.

3. Support & Troubleshooting

If you encounter an issue with your license or activation, our support team is available to help resolve technical problems. However, seeking support does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.

4. Wrong Purchase or Misunderstanding

We are not responsible for purchases made by mistake or due to a misunderstanding of the product. No refund will be issued for:

• Ordering the wrong license type.
• Incompatibility with your server, OS, or software version.
• Expecting official support or verification from the original provider.
• Assuming the license is lifetime when it’s time-limited, or vice versa.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension of your account and future service bans.
